Sending Your Instrument to Us? Take Advantage of Our Shipped Repair Services!


Here's how it works:

  1. Contact Us: Provide us with some details about the instrument(s) you need repaired and the issues you'd like addressed by completing this form
  2. Estimate and Consultation: We'll offer a general estimate and/or schedule a video call to gather more information.
  3. Shipping Instructions: Once approved, securely pack your instrument and ship it to us. You're responsible for shipping to us; however, we cover the return shipping. We recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
  4. Repair Process: We'll promptly repair your instrument and keep you informed throughout the process.
  5. Payment and Return: Upon completion, we'll inform you, collect payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Zelle), and ship back your instrument.

Note: Estimates are subject to change. While we strive to provide accurate quotes, an in-person evaluation is the most precise. If additional repairs are necessary, we'll inform you beforehand.
